kedene M - General manger . rude , disrespectful . I order from this location more than twice a week . I never had an issue until now , my order was incorrect . I called very nice explaining my situation seeing how it can be resolved because I’m at work and hungry . She was extremely rude and told me to figure it out through uber eats and hung up . I then called , she declined my calls 7 times until finally it got picked up , I asked for cooperation number , & she gave me a fake phone number . Pizza Hut if you happen to see this , I’d reconsider your “general manger” that represents the brand

I ordered a pizza today for my family of five we all just got off from work really hungry I ordered three pizzas wings and a 2-liter Fanta soda the pizza came and the doordash deliverer place my food on the ground where the ants were able to eat my pizza. I called Pizza Hut I asked to speak with the manager a young lady spoke with me and was very nonchalant on the phone basically letting me know in so many words it's not her problem she was no help at all and this happened approximately at 8:20 p.m. July 21st Tuesday. We ordered a lot of food and I was completely disappointed we all were if Pizza Hut is going to partner with doordash they should coach them about professionalism because it's really putting a bad name on the business. I called back to speak to someone higher up and the woman hung up in my face and this was approximately at 8:30 p.m. July 21st Tuesday night. I'm completely disappointed I will never order from this establishment again and I'm going to also let my friends and family know about this specific store so they will never have this experience. The only names that I were able to get was Stephanie and Kiara

After ordering a box of pizza and garlic bread, waiting 45mins, I got a notification my order was handed to me. The driver didn’t knock on my door but instead decided to do the at most disrespectful crap to someone’s food!! When I went to my front porch, my food was on the floor. I would never order from here again. UNBELIEVABLE.

I recently grabbed my free medium pizza from Pizza Hut, opting for cupped pepperoni as the topping. The pepperoni was crispy and flavorful, complementing the pizza perfectly. It was a nice bonus! I also ordered the hut box with a personal pan and fries for my niece. The personal pan cheese pizza has nostalgic throwback—classic and iconic as always, with that familiar buttery crust. On the side, the fries were served hot, which I appreciated, but the texture was a bit too rough and ended up cutting the roof of my mouth. Overall, the pizza hit the spot, but I'll skip on the fries.

I tend to gravitate towards more independent pizzerias but must admit I recently had a good experience w/ this Pizza Hut. Takes me back to childhood. Malcom & a couple of other staff members were friendly & helpful. My personal pizza (chicken & pepperoni- I forgot to take a pic) was fresh, tasty & the perfect size. I will be back. Fun fact: this Pizza Hut is the site of Miramar’s first drug store, Miramar Drugs (‘62-‘87).
